It will only sell quickly if the price is right. Sell it for $15K then NO, it won't sell quickly. Sell it for $10K and well, yes it will sell quickly. Post no price and I get that little sharp pain that says that it won't be a 'steal'. Same as the term 'POA' (Price Upon Application) you see on high end cars ad's in car mag's - you just KNOW they aren't selling anywhere even slightly below the going retail rate or they would have put the freaking price in the ad to begin with...
It seems to be really hard to type those extra little numbers with comma's followed by another two zero's I guess.
