This pelican makes a great point about bowel function obsession....something I've never understood or had any interest in following day to day....but it's never been an "issue" for me personally either. Maybe someday but not today.

For this formerly constipated Pelican, normal bowel function was never a problem before or since but I can tell you that after surgery in that area it is the last thing you want to deal with. Ten years after surgery it is still a vivid memory - but thankfully only a memory
