My training on Monday:
Warm up: 10 min hometrainer
Warm up: 2 x 12 reps leg extension 33lbs
4 x 8 squat 200lbs
2 x 8 leg extension 100lbs
3 x 8 leg press 350lbs
3 x 8 leg curl 100lbs
3 x 8 stif leg dead lift 145lbs
My legs are sore and stiff from knees to buttocks and it's great!!
Side note: WOOT WOOT!! I'll make 4K posts today!!
