Do yourself a favor and do one with tomatoes, the other with dill pickle slices... I promise you that it will not just have a pickle flavor vs. a tomato flavor... the tartness of the pickles, the hickory smoke and sweetness blend together and then you get the richness of the cheese and Texas toast flavor as a follow up.... Man it's good!!!! Wish I didn't kill the last pack of Bacon last night... maybe I can talk mama into going to the store....
