A very simple fix. All gauges can easily be pryed out with your fingers, just try to rock them a little back and forth while pulling, and they come out.
At the back you just have to pull the bulb sucket straight out, ant then push and turn the bulb itself to release it. Standard bayonet type bulb. You can buy them anywhere. Maybe upgrade to 2W or 4W while you're at it. Many folks upgrades to LEDs also. Just as easy.
