Charles,
I used the stock sliders but had to make adapters out of 2" x 3/8" steel stock. It was a pretty simple "measure and drill" thing. That said I will probably make new adapters when I redo the interior, ones that are a little less bulky. I think the Cobra, and GTS, mounts are nice and I believe they offer tilting brackets as well, I just didn't see the need. So to answer your question - no, just the seats ($430 ea) and about $15 dollars worth of steel at Lowes.

Will,
The belts are fine. The shoulder strap fits nicely across my torso and the lap belt just sit across my belt line, plenty to keep me in the seat in an accident. For the track I think one would want a little more snugness. Also, I'm only 5'10" and 150 lbs so someone bigger/taller/smaller/shorter may have issues but for me all is OK.
