Class action suits usually result in nice fees for the lawyers and a few dollars (or pennies) for the consumer.

Don't "drive it until it breaks." You won't be satisfied with the results of any lawsuit.

At least that has been my observation in some 65 years of living in the US. I think that might predate "class action" suits.
