Numbers are high but engine might be OK. Numbers will usually improve on a warm and recently run engine.Only takes a little rust or carbon on a valve to explain 10%.Any idea of what miles are on this engine? If the price is negotiable then consider a low offer and allow for a top end If you can do the work then rebuilt heads can be done under $2K. Labour is about 25 hrs so thats why most top ends end up over $5.
