Check the 914 board. There is a guy doing a 914 with a 928 motor - he is really busy so his progress is slow but he has posted pics. Also, a company in Germany sells some converted cars - both 16 and 32 valve 928 motors in 914s. There were some pics posted a while back of those cars.
