Not really.

The pushbutton won't work unless there's a transponder 'key' within a couple feet of the dash, or even actually in the dash.

My grandfather's 50 chevy had a pushbutton start, but you had to put the key in and turn it.

Model A Ford had a pushbutton on the floor.
