Yep. No booze until the days' work was done.
The place is within a mile of the coastline, less than 120 minutes north of the Golden Gate, in a thickly forested area. Pretty good bug-out territory. On about 2 acres, though it is so overgrown that it would be hard to farm. When the H-bombs land on the SF Bay, you'll neither see the flash nor breathe the fallout. And I couldn't get an ATT signal but VZ worked fine.
