Seriously, the more you stay in one spot, the better. I found that walking around (oh so carefully) wasn't bad but getting into and out of the family barco-lounger was a challenge. I made sure that I had help from the wife, EVERY time I got up, which wasn't often. Did I mention that said lounge chair was less than 10 feet from a bathroom?

Getting into and out of bed was a real bummer, so we made sure there was no need for a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, at all costs. Needless to say, I worked on figuring out the least painful way to accomplish this task and involved the wife again, every time. Twisting was the hard part for me. I did everything I could to avoid certain motions.

It will get better...
