Our next door neightbor has a dog that barks incessantly. Border Collie that's tied up all day.
Bark, bark, bark. bark. BARk. bark... nonstop. all day long, with few periods of silence that last only a couple minutes. Anything he sees or hears, he'll bark. Squrrel. Crow. Other bird. Car passing....
UPS, FedEx, or mailman particularly set him off.

I've called animal control a few times, and mysteriously, when they come out, the dog has a silent period.
Dang.

But this time... I call, and the lady is right over.
She hears the dog going slighty crazy, and turned around in our driveway between the two houses.
It was at THAT MOMENT that UPS decided to pull up...
and the dog went @pe*****.



......And the nice animal control lady finally confronted the owners...
