Exactly... that border collie might still bark all day if it
weren't tied up, but there's a much greater chance it would be happier if it were allowed the run of the entire back yard.
Our dog
loves being outside... we'll let him in to eat, and in five minutes he's barking to let us know he's had enough of Peopleville.
He even prefers to sleep outside when the weather is good like it is now.
