Clubsports are pretty rare. Do a search here in the 911 technical forum and you'll find a fairly recent thread where a number of us were talking about them and their value. There's one here in Denver that's been for sale for a number of months at $79,000. That's kind of the high end of the market, as you can tell since it's still for sale.
However, condition is everything on these cars. A car that's been sitting for years and needs $20k worth of refurbishment is going to be worth much less than a car that's driven 5000 miles a year and has a bible full of records on it. If you want us to help evaluate your exact car you'll need to get us much more exact information and pictures.
Either that or talk dad into giving/selling the car to you. That's what I would do if it were my dad's car.
