I have two friends that taking drugs in college screwed them up for life.

One dropped acid and became a manic depressive. It screwed with his brains ability to regulate the firing of neurons. It goes from thinking so slow all he can do is sleep 23.5 hours a day, depressive, to thinking so fast his brain can't slow down enough to speak or move, manic.

The other one was really into exstacy and now has migraine headaches and random grand mall seizures where he totally blacks out for like 5 seconds. He will be talking along, then mid sentence his head drops and he goes limp, then in 5 seconds he snaps back and he finishes the sentence. He doesn't even know it happened.
