uhmmmm $500 is the going rate for a non-running 944....
You could probably find a long block for under $1000... If you get away with just needing the head...$150 for a used one ........... but then someone has to put the stuff on
..........if you can do it great!
SO if thats all it took to get it running .... that might not be a bad deal after all.
