Well, let me break it down "Barney-style" for you once again:

Implying that land in AZ is not worth much (even if tongue-in-cheek).
So I said:
"Well, OJ's `lil parcel is in N. Snottsdale, so it's still worth a fair amount. You could sell all of your toys for high market value and still not even come close. I guess you can dream." 
Implying (tongue-in-cheek) that you could sell all of your toys (e.g. 911's, bikes, etc.) and still not have enough to purchase OJ's parcel of land.
