One of the many reasons we bought the Bosch is it doesn't have a dry cycle. We never used the dry cycle on the old dishwasher and also have never seen the need for the food grinder (and don't pre-rinse anything). The Bosch is all stainless, incredibly quite and couldn't ask for the dishes to be any cleaner.
