At our office we have very few walk in customers. We often go a week without eye to eye contact with customers. Much of our work is with out of state customers or delivered via FTP or shipped on DVD or even hard drives.
Today we had two customers walk in at the same time, and the phone started ringing.
It was traumatic. I will need the weekend to recover.
