This engine does not turn over, it is Frozen, but is in sound condition. It is a Rebuildable Core Engine. Please note: Under No Condition DO NOT START before disasembling and reassembling first. The case # matches the engine #, 856. It has no fuel pump, but has a distribuitor. It is missing heads, fan shroud, generator, but has a generator stand. Missing carbs, #1 piston cylinder, barrels, #2 cylinder but I will include other cylinder head and manifolds.
