Hop in the rental car and come up to N Florida to hit the springs - either Ginnie or Blue for swimming, the Rainbow River for canoe/kayak/tube/swimming, the Itchetucknee for canoe/tube/kayak, or Silver Springs for staying dry, seeing animals (think zoo) and some of what N Florida has w/ the glass bottom boat rides.
