i may have the choice of starting with a 2.2T-carb, a 2.2E-MFI or a 2.4T-MFI engine, but want to get to a 2.4E as my final destination. if assuming all 3 engines were in same good condition, (which i'm sure they aren't

), which one is the furthest along and would require least new parts to bring to 2.4 E spec?
I would guess the 2.2E, which will need just a 2.4/2.7 crank to make it a 2.4 ??
alternatively, what is the frankenstern of placing E cams in a 2.4T?
