You're gonna miss Austin, I bet.... But I vote Boston too...
[Edit] Personally, I'd stay in Austin ! Better place to raise a kid, really nice city and beautiful area of the country, less hectic and fast paced than Boston - better weather too. But I'm not a rat-race-corporate type, so feel free to ignore me and take the promotion ;-)
