After around 3 days of zero carbs, you won't feel as hungry anymore. Your body will be in ketosis and will begin to burn its stored fat reserves.
It really works, esp. if you combine it with some exercise. Many years ago, I ate ZERO carbs for 3 months - lost almost 40 lbs in those 3 months. It was weird, it happened so fast it seemed like I just woke up one morning and the weight was gone.
Have kept it off for a lot of years now. I eat carbs, but am careful about what types.
If you eat zero carbs for two weeks and do at least a little exercise, you will drop a bunch of lbs.
