That's why I asked - earlier turbo look had 7's and 8's later cars had 7's and 9's.
Tough to tell by looking at the difference between the 8's and 9's - most of it comes from the more recessed lug holes.
You can measure the approximate distance from the outside of the tire lip to the inside of the fender lip and then look for spacers of that distance (I did that on my 1987 carrera) amazing how close I could get with a ruler.
Remember too - that tire sizes by manufacturer can also differ. All things to ponder
