I talked to a guy I know yesterday, he works for the post office. Well, "work" probably isn't the correct word for it.

He "works" at most 4 hours a day, usually less. But he's on light duty and has been for over 20 years, since he hurt his back.
In other words he doesn't do anything. Nothing. But the union says they have to keep paying him as long as he shows up every day for at least 1/2 day. So he does.
The PO gives him absolutely nothing do do, hoping he'll get bored and quit. After 20 years that strategy still hasn't worked.


LOL I wonder if we could actually pick him out from the rest of the postal workers?

I also wonder why they are trying to raise postage to 46 cents for a letter and cut delivery on Saturdays to keep from losing another $14 billion by the end of next year.
