We had custom glass cut for the office desk here at home. We called several glass companies before we found one willing to come here and measure & install. The first time it was laughable it was so far off. Finally the owner of the company came over and measured it, he came back with the crew for installation and it fit just fine.
It might be easier to bring your table to the glass company so they can customer fit the glass to the table.
