Family transfer spoon question
When my grandfather passed, his .357 revolver went to my sister. There was never any paperwork on the original transaction, as I think he bought it used from a friend of his back in the early eighties. I have a .380 semi auto that I won at a dinner. I already have a .380 semi auto. The new .380 is registered to me. I want to swap this to my sister in exchange for the .357.
Anyone know the steps to do this properly, especially since there is no paperwork on the .357?
I live in PA and have a CCW(if that matters).
