I have a couple on my bookshelf at work:

1) Speed secrets: professional race driving techniques by Ross Bentley
2) Secrets of solo racing by Henry Watts

both are pretty interesting reading. There weren't any revelations or stuff I had never thought of, but they reinforce and explain concepts and techniques and make them clearer.
