Most people feel its "too much money" when its more than
they make. I once heard a wise man say that your definition basic necessity is based on where you are at. Think about it, a family making $15k per year is considered to be below the poverty line. They have a roof over their head, clean water, safe food... yet, to 80% of the world they are living like millionaires.
