Very nice garage and Maxjax setup. Mine has already paid for itself with the 944, 318ti and Accord engine drop.
Just make sure the anchors torque all the way to 100 ft-lbs and still about 1/8" below the concrete surface and do not go all the way up the surface of the concrete.
