Good point. I'll do some more asking around. From what I've read and the discussion with the tank remediation guy, $60k should cover it and tanks in continual use with no water penetration should be ok but you have a good point and I'll keep digging and talk to the people at the state.
I met a buddy for drinks tonight who invited another friend who just happens to be an electrician so he will look at the panel and wiring for me for a few beers.
