Hmmm, good question. It deserves a multiple choice answer:
a) "island" stand for
"incalculable sarcasm lingering, arouses nervous doubt" 
b) Because it is "island911" it's clearly meaning;
"ingenious SC's loft a now dominating 911" 
c) Nothing note worthy, I simply happen to be on one of many islands, somewhere, most the time.
d) all the above
Hint: Clearly "Ans. a)" just wouldn't make any sense
