Options:
1. Time. 70% of people get better within a year.
2. Steroid injection. 70% of these people also get better within a year. Might only offer temporary relief, though.
3. PRP injection, though it might be $1K. And its long-term effectiveness is uncertain.
4. Surgery. Maybe 50-80% of people get better. Rarely do people get worse.
5. Live with it.
