They have guys that walk around with giant skewers of meat. A different guy with a different skewer will come by your table every 30-60 seconds.


If you look in the picture above. The round green spot in the lower left corner of the picture is not a coaster. It's you "I want more meat" or "No more meat for me" dot. One side is red, and the other is green. You can switch back and forth from green to red and back again as much as you want.



The above is the plate of an amateur. You can fit a lot more meat than that on your plate.
