Hey Paul glad to hear you're up and around good. I did the same thing. I just had to get out. I went to the shop after a week and only lasted about as long as you did. Get some rest. Go for a walk, walking helps. I finally played a gig after two weeks. Standing for 4 hours took me out big. I rested another week, and I was good. Tried, but good. It will take a while.

Get this...I had to have oral surgery yesterday! Yeah I'm falling apart all at once. Glad I had left over meds from the gut. It never ends.
