Experience tells me that rust is like an iceberg: the parts you can see are usually just the tip. Inner rockers are suspect when outers are as damaged as these. I would expect other issues as well, but the prior floor replacement mitigates the most obvious areas. I think the car would bring more than $7k that blueboxster suggests, probably closer to $11k imo, as the car otherwise presents well and is currently driveable, but market is kind of fickle now. Might be worth listing it on ebay and see if you can find a buyer looking for a winter project.
