Some of you guys sharpen your kitchen knifes only once a year?
the accu-sharp will be your friend.

i pro sharpen my knives once a year, and touch it up with my various, steels, ceramics, accu-sharp periodically. i subcribe to the fact that none of my sharpeners remove any significant material to call it a sharpening. more of a honing.
