I finished the rebuild and re connected everything, and now I don't get spark.
I tested the Pulse generator from the distributor to the CDI unit (stock) and I get .2 volts. The CDI unit is getting power and it hums after trying to start. I originally thought it was the magnetic pulse generator, but I purchased a used distributor off of a running engine. During the rebuild I replaced the coil, the ignition wires, distributor cap and rotor.

Does anyone know what the voltage is suppose to be that the pulse voltage is suppose to be? What else should I check???
