Hi Tooth911,
The idle air correctors for the 40IDA3Cs were 110s where the air correctors for 46s were 80s. Perhaps installing a smaller air corrector will enrich your progression.
Also, are you SURE your accelerator pumps squirt INSTANTLY at the SLIGHTEST touch of throttle? If not then check out this posting for more info regarding this device:
