I think that is a excellent plan.. fix it and enjoy it
I happen to like the color alot. The car really does look nice in the photos.
Fix the rust and enjoy it.
Anyone buying the car "as is/as shown" the work required would be as a labor of love, IMO gone are the days of flipping "T's" for any serious money.
