It should be OK, those bolts and the rest of the suspension (which hold up your car) are attached to the only "subframe" the cars has. Just be aware that Porsche emphatically states that you should NOT jack anywhere other than the designated jack points.
It's your decision! I have on occasions jacked the car there but since installed a lift
