mbaran, I've been following your build. Great work! I've been getting a lot of help from a friend/mechanic. He put the engine in today. We have to drop it again tomorrow. Those 90 fittings are about 1/16 away from hitting metal. Just worried that there could be some movement with the torque or a big bump. Just to be safe we are going to shave 2 threads off of 2 of the 90's. Lin, which car are you putting it in? The 78 930? I have yet to cut anything out of my car. I've removed a lot of things but no holes and no cuts. Haven't heard back from Shanghi Todd regarding his cooling. I'm hoping mine will work also. I have an extra turbo lid to place the radiator in/on. We shall see... The experts at Ron Davis Radiators say it should work without a problem. They recommended about 416 sq inches of radiator. We shall see. I'm going to start wiring this week. After that I will work on the cooling.
