Congratulations. That's a relief.
Now I'm thinking:
1. Can you narrow your search down by getting a record (i.e. dates) of past insurance claims?
2. Is it possible that another car could now be masquerading as yours and using your VIN? Could this have slipped through the DMV's fingers somehow?
3. It's been said that the 'build number' under the knee pad should not be the same as the VIN - but it does. It's also been said that the font looks wrong, but how could it be changed without it being pretty obvious from the back side (especially considering the 'skills' displayed in the trunk)?
