Check out a Wanderlodge. Most of the other stuff is put together with glue and staples. Wanderlodge is built to last and on a bus frame.
I have a 33 foot Jayco and its not built any better than the other stuff out there. Trailers that are kept outside uncovered do not last long before problems develop.
