well got back an estimate from Kevin, the one that did Jacks car too.
so anyways...he checked the car out...and while the car being painted properly with a 3K paintjob, it was stored outside for about 5 years...oxidized, dings, scratches
so Kevin has suggested the whole car get painted...I was gonna stay with silver if it was just a touch up color sand and re-spray the new panels, but looks like I need to paint the whole car.
so this begs the question

Also in the orange car I plan a black interior and in the silver a red...so the orange car would be less work...plus I have a set of perfect black/houndstooth sport seats I am gonna buy...so I wouldn't have to redye those...
