Porsche/Bosch more than likely did no re-tooling, dusted off cob webs instead. My 1978's plastic is far better quality then the plastic on my wife's new Jetta and Bosch makes all those parts.
They saw a market with LARGE profit margin.
But if your a "price is no object" person.
Will keep me looking for the deals here though!
