It's power for things like running the gauges, interior lights, etc.
If you have the "in cab area" wiring harness, it should have 3 of those plugs (they look like the 5 pin relays, which is why you thought that). I'm pretty sure the "in cab" harness has 3 plugs, and the "inside the bonnet" harness has 3 plugs, which feeds the fresh air blower, etc.
Basically, all of the electrical stuff in and near the dash, on both sides.
