I spoke with Al about his car and found him to be very up front about the color change and accurate about all aspects of his representations. The color change required a restoration beyond most repaints, so if you need a original color car well.... otherwise from what I can see, for the price and the quality of work done along with the fresh rebuild and everything else ( and not over built for to much HP), if you want a well done nice performing 930, this one is worth a serious look see. After all a 930 has so much more to going for it than is it "original paint", compared to some other collectibles that have not much else to crow about. I have one that originally was a color I am not to fond of, that was changed, before i got it, to a original to the year color. I have sold many "original color cars" since and have always elected to keep this one, cause it drives, looks and preforms so nice.
